This cymbal is one of the Swiss made Alpha cymbals, which are rare to find anywhere today! It's got a great ping, and a killer bell with a glassy, bright but not overpowering wash. Ideal for everything from quick stick patterns to Bon Jovi style bell patterns. The stick sound is clean and clear with little wash, even though this cymbal is on the medium-light side. Suited for either acoustic or low to moderate amplified situations. An amazing example of Swiss craftsmanship at an affordable price.
